Sequencer/Arp sync settings. #59

Hey, thank you for the update, Mystrix now becomes a great project with a lot of feature.
I checked the documentation, but all I found is "Clock Sync Output" in the Note App.
So the question is about adding a possibility to sync Arp and Sequencer in Mystrix from the external MIDI clock and start/stop.
I think this is the crucial to a lot of use cases to have this possibility.
