OpenSpliceDDS doesn't compile on 64 bit but ACS build signals OK

The ACS build on x86_64 architecture build correctly, however, on buildSpliceDDS.log the output is:

Is OpenSpliceDDS been currently used by ACS ?

openDDS and openSliceDDS have been removed from ACS build in release
2016.2 (Jan. 19th this year).
