Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add a website (known to otherwise be blocked) to the HTTPS whitelist
  2. Refresh website
  3. Example website: auroraoss.com

Expected Behavior

Once the website was manually added to the whitelist, the website functionality is supposed to return to normal (unblocked), but it doesn't.

Actual Behavior

Access to website continues to be blocked until the HTTPS filter gets turned off for the browser itself (under App Management). Then, the access is restored.

Additional Information

I'm rooted and both security certificates have successfully been installed (see screenshot). The website whitelist has actually never worked.
