FLExTrans Rule Generator

A tool to make it easier to write some FLExTrans transfer rules.

FLExTransRuleGenerator is a 64-bit Windows program. It does not run on any other platform.

FLExTransRuleGenerator* is compatible with version 9.1.18 Beta or higher of FLEx.
