My brother was complaining about finding manga content he didn't like in the recommended content and other lists. And with the content being tagged, having a setting in the app to filter out tags you don't want to see would be a great feature for anyone to cull out the content they don't want to see in their searches or recommended feeds.
It could probably fit in with the Manga sources settings and lets a user add tags they want filtered out so it goes beyond NSFW filters and lets them create a more curated list. It could be expanded further, but tags is probably a very doable start to filters like this.
