clarify what "release name" means in gh-releases-zsync #57
Description
it's not exactly clear to me whether "Release name" mentioned here is supposed to refer to the tag name or the user-facing name of the release (which github refers to as the "name").
uploadtool is mentioned with the example value continuous, which is the tag they use for their release, however the actual name of the release is Continuous build.
i'm assuming it means tag name, as that would make more sense, but i think the docs should be updated to clarify this.
