Click 3.92 c2nred-mqtt issue

I downloaded node-red-contrib-c2nred-mqtt and tried to upload to a click running 3.92. It eventually times out and gives me the log below. I've tried rebooting the unit but I get the same thing.

This means the C2-NRED cannot connect to the internet. Verify your IP address and that there is a path to the internet. It could also mean the C2-NRED DNS server isn’t configured correctly. Open the C2-NRED Setup from your CLICK programming software and configure the DNS Server for the module. A Common DNS Server hosted by Google is 8.8.8.8. The last item to validate is make sure the clock in the CLICK is synced with current time.
Your DNS settings are the most likely issue, but if any of the dependencies are hosted https, the time stamp on the certificates won't be valid if the clock is wrong. The C2NRED share a clock with the CPU

We wanted to use this because the click/NR does not have internet access. I verified the time and it's correct. Is there no way to install this with no internet access?
