Add optional AI-assisted name generation for map entities (zones, rivers, lakes, routes, burgs, states, map names), with:

• modular provider support
• UI triggers in relevant editors
• no changes to existing default generation unless user explicitly enables AI features

This keeps current workflows intact while offering an opt-in enhancement for users who want it.

Alternatives

• Keep only existing procedural generation and manual editing
• Improve non-AI generator datasets/rules further without external providers
• Provide additional prebuilt name packs/styles instead of AI integration
