Consider using content "types" for authors and series instead of page paths #119
Description
We could use list.html again, instead of splitting section.html and taxonomy.html, but have different types (names all subject to change):
- taxonomy: the current taxonomy.html style where it's a small but wide card; currently for tags and categories
- vertical (or maybe section?): current list layout for articles, authors, and series
- grid/scrapbook: for photoblog layout
This would revert 3109612.
Previous ideas:
Authors could perhaps be a taxonomy type that's "wide" or something to differentiate it from the narrow view that tags and categories use
Maybe just name the series type "series_
