Setting are not completely shown on smaller size screen

Hello, I'm using this app on a 2.8 inch screen device, with a resolution of 640x480.

When opening the settings, the very last item is not perfectly visible and there is no way to scroll down to the very bottom.

It's not a real deal breaker, as the hidden button can still be pressed in a way or another, but it would be nice to have a way to scroll down to the very bottom.
