The skin looks great, but this pull request is a little more messed up than I thought, unfortunately. Here is what I would recommend doing:

• Delete all the folders that you have already uploaded, you uploaded 2 different folders to different locations.
• In the skin editor, reexport the skin with the new id. That will ensure the info.txt file is updated as well.
• Then upload that new skin folder to the blasphemous1 folder in this repo.

It shouldn't take that long, and then the skin will be ready for release
