First of all, when I was using an online site, "Disconnected form the server" was displayed after I submitted the data, and I didn't know how to solve this problem.
Then, I tried to train the model myself, and I was able to run through the whole process, but there were two problems. One was that I was studying the endothelial cells of the kidney, and I found that I needed a GRN file in the step of predicting transcription factors. You provided the GRN files of seven tissues. I temporarily used "heart_grnAll.rda" and "heart_trainNormParam.rda", but I don't know whether such prediction results are valuable for me. Secondly, I found that I can only predict positive scores according to the code you provided. But your site can get both positive and negative scores, and I don't know if I need to adjust a certain parameter.
