thank you for the great toolbox. I run the code over christmas but sadly I ran out of space and so it didn't save all the files. Can you give me a rough estimation of how much space is required for one subject (I feed in one acpc aligned T1 nifti and a CT nifti). Thank you so much again.
Edit: I just checked the sample output you provide has 2.3 GB zipped, so I can assume it is very large.
