Gradle file rewrite #53
Description
The current gradle file is a mess. It was written for Gradle 4 and, while "works" on 7, needs a major refactor.
I would prefer it to be rewritten in Kotlin, but as I am brand new to Gradle, I'm unable to do this fully.
Instead of simply rewriting it to Kotlin, I feel a full rewrite is necessary.
Essentially we need to keep the same flow: Publish the 7 modules individually + the main pom file. I don't want this to be a breaking change.
Whoever wants to take this on, I'll be happy to reward with something, I just hate dealing with the current file tbh.
