Input PDF success but not DOCX

Anyone met the problem of uploading DOCS with a "HTTP Error 403: Forbidden" error, but PDF upload is all fine and could be query? Any idea?

I just went through the same thing. For me I had to manually install two ntlk data packages that the system wants to download but failed.
I am using the docker full install and mapped the ntkl_data folder my host (windows) filesystem and copied the downloaded files for averaged_perceptron_tagger_eng (subfolder: taggers) and punkt_tab (subfolder: tokenizers). After that it worked for me.
