Most of the Oceananigans fields we index into are 2D, but some are 3D. Right now we index into all of them with z = 1, which isn't correct when we want to get the surface of a 3D field.

We do this in the following locations:

• upwelling longwave calculation - accessing ocean T
• salinity flux due to precipitation - accessing ocean S
