The Visual Studio for Mac extension publish workflow is moving to GitHub on 15 January 2021

I received an email notification today that GH releases are to be used going forward. Here's the link with more details:

@salaros would you be open to moving this repo under the @wakatime org with you and @gandarez having Admin privileges to manage it? That way we can share the load of maintenance.
