A user looking at the map can nominate a new unlandmark from that map

When looking at the map, a user can a) notice the lack of a particular landmark, and b) decide that it needs to be on there. c) press a button to quickly add a pin, give it a name, and fill out as much info as they'd like about it.

This user-submitted nomination will then go into a pool of nominations and eventually on to the map.
