An experimental feature on desktop Chrome will be a good precaution for this. Websites visited on Chrome usually determines geolocation by IP, instead of Windows's geolocation API, thus it can be highly inaccurate (accuracy to city-level). Enable the following flag at chrome:flags to make use of WinRT's geolocation API, and accuracy is drastically improved (if not mistaken in Microsoft's database).
