Send a welcome email to CBs

Email should include

• Introduction of CBPM
• Acknowledgement of CB's contribution
• Purpose of the email
• Explanation of the program (i.e. purpose of the CBP)
• Invitation to join communication channel and collaborate (possible link to google form to identify which platform should be used)

Note:
Ensure to us BCC field for data privacy reasons when sending out the group email.
