Monitoring UI: Add relay name and latency to Resolver health

Hm, perhaps this is strange idea. Currently, there is no indication in monitoring ui that resolver is being reached directly or via relay.

I believe it would be nice if extra field "Relay" could be added to Resolver Health. So if relay is being used, its name would be shown. Otherwise e.g. "N/A" or "Direct" would show.

Extra feature (if possible) would be relay response ms shown - so users could try to switch routing in case some routes have big latencies.
