Issues on Python version and no resultant csv file generated.

Received ImportError: cannot import name 'cache' from 'functools' if installing and running Pythia on Python 3.8.9 following the Installation Guide. This error appears if the python version being used is <3.9. The error went away after reinstalling Pythia on Python 3.9.

No resultant csv file
Pythia finished running with the Sri Lanka dataset, no warnings/errors on the command window and log file. But no csv files under the simulation result folder, Sri_Lanka_maize_rf_highN.
