Harbor and "advanced optimizations"

In the deployment guide we list Harbor in the pre-requisite. I think no one of our building blocks actually requires it and it is more of an "Advanced optimizaiton" we want to have. We should migrate this out (and possibly also out of the Killercoda pre-requisites tutorial)

I can see that the 08-harbor.md step has been removed from the "Prerequisites" tutorial. I understand I should keep it for the planned "Advanced optimizations" tutorial in more or less the same form (ie. with command line client examples etc.)?
