<p class="mt-4 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of services provided by EdgeAlphix LLC ("EdgeAlphix," "we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to network services, infrastructure services, virtual servers, hosting environments, domain-related services, and software platforms.</p>
<p class="mt-4 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">By using any EdgeAlphix service, you agree to comply with this AUP.</p>
<h2 class="mt-8 border-t border-slate-900/8 pt-8 font-[var(--font-heading)] text-2xl font-semibold tracking-[-0.03em] text-slate-950">1. Scope of Services</h2>
<p class="mt-4 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">This AUP applies to:</p>
<ul class="mt-4 list-disc space-y-2 pl-6 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">
<li>Autonomous system and network connectivity</li>
<li>Virtual servers, hosting, and infrastructure environments</li>
<li>Software platforms and system-level services</li>
<li>Domain-related services operated by EdgeAlphix</li>
<li>Any associated technical resources or infrastructure</li>
</ul>
<p class="mt-4 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">For DigitalPlat domain services, please also refer to the applicable DigitalPlat Acceptable Use Policy:<br/>

<p class="mt-4 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">Where policies differ, the stricter standard may apply.</p>
<h2 class="mt-8 border-t border-slate-900/8 pt-8 font-[var(--font-heading)] text-2xl font-semibold tracking-[-0.03em] text-slate-950">2. Prohibited Activities</h2>
<p class="mt-4 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">The following activities are strictly prohibited:</p>
<h3>2.1 Illegal Activity</h3>
<p class="mt-4 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">Use of services to:</p>
<ul class="mt-4 list-disc space-y-2 pl-6 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">
<li>Violate applicable laws or regulations</li>
<li>Facilitate criminal conduct</li>
<li>Distribute illegal content</li>
<li>Engage in fraud, deception, or identity impersonation</li>
</ul>
<h3>2.2 Abuse and Malicious Conduct</h3>
<p class="mt-4 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">Including but not limited to:</p>
<ul class="mt-4 list-disc space-y-2 pl-6 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">
<li>Phishing, scam operations, or social engineering attacks</li>
<li>Malware distribution, command-and-control systems</li>
<li>Botnet activity</li>
<li>Denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks</li>
<li>Unauthorized network scanning or intrusion attempts</li>
</ul>
<h3>2.3 Spam and Unsolicited Communications</h3>
<ul class="mt-4 list-disc space-y-2 pl-6 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">
<li>Bulk unsolicited email (spam)</li>
<li>SMS spam</li>
<li>Automated abusive messaging</li>
<li>Activities that generate excessive abuse complaints</li>
</ul>
<h3>2.4 Network Interference</h3>
<ul class="mt-4 list-disc space-y-2 pl-6 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">
<li>Traffic amplification attacks</li>
<li>IP spoofing</li>
<li>BGP route manipulation or hijacking</li>
<li>Excessive resource consumption that degrades network stability</li>
</ul>
<h3>2.5 Harmful or High-Risk Content</h3>
<p class="mt-4 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">Services may not be used to host or distribute:</p>
<ul class="mt-4 list-disc space-y-2 pl-6 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">
<li>Child exploitation material</li>
<li>Non-consensual explicit content</li>
<li>Content promoting violence or criminal harm</li>
<li>Content that violates applicable intellectual property law</li>
</ul>
<h2 class="mt-8 border-t border-slate-900/8 pt-8 font-[var(--font-heading)] text-2xl font-semibold tracking-[-0.03em] text-slate-950">3. Infrastructure Integrity</h2>
<p class="mt-4 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">Customers must not:</p>
<ul class="mt-4 list-disc space-y-2 pl-6 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">
<li>Attempt to bypass security controls</li>
<li>Interfere with other customers' services</li>
<li>Abuse shared infrastructure resources</li>
<li>Resell services in a manner that conceals end-user identity in violation of applicable law</li>
</ul>
<p class="mt-4 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">We reserve the right to implement traffic filtering, rate limiting, or service restrictions to protect network integrity.</p>
<h2 class="mt-8 border-t border-slate-900/8 pt-8 font-[var(--font-heading)] text-2xl font-semibold tracking-[-0.03em] text-slate-950">4. Abuse Handling and Reporting</h2>
<p class="mt-4 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">EdgeAlphix may investigate suspected violations of this AUP.</p>
<p class="mt-4 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">Upon detection of abuse, we may:</p>
<ul class="mt-4 list-disc space-y-2 pl-6 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">
<li>Issue warnings</li>
<li>Suspend affected services</li>
<li>Null-route IP addresses</li>
<li>Terminate accounts</li>
<li>Report unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities</li>
</ul>

<h2 class="mt-8 border-t border-slate-900/8 pt-8 font-[var(--font-heading)] text-2xl font-semibold tracking-[-0.03em] text-slate-950">5. Cooperation and Compliance</h2>
<p class="mt-4 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">Customers agree to cooperate in investigations of abuse or security incidents.</p>
<p class="mt-4 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">Failure to respond to abuse notifications within a reasonable timeframe may result in service suspension.</p>
<h2 class="mt-8 border-t border-slate-900/8 pt-8 font-[var(--font-heading)] text-2xl font-semibold tracking-[-0.03em] text-slate-950">6. Immediate Suspension</h2>
<p class="mt-4 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">We reserve the right to immediately suspend services where:</p>
<ul class="mt-4 list-disc space-y-2 pl-6 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">
<li>There is credible evidence of malicious activity</li>
<li>Infrastructure stability is at risk</li>
<li>Legal compliance requires immediate action</li>
</ul>
<p class="mt-4 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">Refunds will not be issued for suspensions resulting from violations of this AUP.</p>
<h2 class="mt-8 border-t border-slate-900/8 pt-8 font-[var(--font-heading)] text-2xl font-semibold tracking-[-0.03em] text-slate-950">7. Modifications</h2>
<p class="mt-4 text-base leading-8 text-slate-700">This AUP may be updated from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.</p>
