Manga - Allow digit after the decimal point for Volume / Chapter.

Steps to reproduce

Some Manga/Manhwa/Manhua use digit after the decimal for some chapter (for example when there's special episode) like the following: "56.5"

Expected behavior

Ability to add digit after the decimal for Volume and / or Chapter.

Actual behavior

Impossible to save when there's a digit after the decimal on Volume or Chapter.
