Outdated MLST Database

FastMLST database is outdated. For example as of 2026 Jan 26, there are 2077 ecoli adk allele, but there are only 1914 adk allele in fastMLST database.

Currently PubMLST only allow data submitted before 2024 Dec 31 to be view publicly. https://pubmlst.org/change-data-access-policy. Authentication is required in order to access the most updated database, one can use https://github.com/kjolley/BIGSdb_downloader.

Will FastMLST implement this to update database or as in issue #1, allow users to add schemes locally, where they obtained it using BIGSdb_downloader
