How to sync transformation configurations between machines?

Hi! I'm a Whispering user and I'm wondering if there's a recommended way to sync transformation configurations between multiple machines.

Use Case

I use Whispering on both my work computer and personal computer, and I've created several custom transformations with specific AI prompts and settings that I'd like to keep synchronized between both machines.

I typically manage my application configurations through a dotfiles repository, which makes it easy to maintain consistent settings across different computers.

Question

Is there a supported way to:

• Export/import transformation configurations?
• Store transformations in a custom location that could be version-controlled?
• Or any other recommended approach for keeping transformations in sync across machines?

I'd love to hear if this is something that's already possible or if there are plans to support this workflow in the future.

Just to add some context on my workflow:

For most programs I set up, I typically use symlinks to manage configurations. I keep the actual configuration files in my dotfiles repository, and then create symlinks pointing from the program's expected config location to my dotfiles.

For example:

• I keep ~/.oh-my-zsh/custom/config/tmux/tmux.conf in my dotfiles
• Then symlink ~/.config/tmux/tmux.conf → to the dotfiles location

This way, any changes I make are automatically version-controlled, and setting up a new machine is just a matter of cloning my dotfiles repo and running a setup script that creates all the symlinks.

If Whispering could support either:

• Reading transformations from a custom/symlinked directory, or
• Having the transformations directory itself be a symlink to another location

That would fit perfectly into this workflow! 🙏
