[Feature]: Add custom ender chests for players #1301

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Players on my server want to have additional ender chest space.
Describe the solution you'd like
using commands or accessing ender chest in minecraft world would result in opening paginated GUI that would store users' items.
Add configuration that allows users with ranks to have more spaces.
