Enable the robot to adjust shooting at different distances #3

The robot is good at shooting from specific distances, but needs to be adjusted in order to shoot at others.

Possible fixes include:

  • Hard coding the speeds of the shooter to fit each of the distances in the Interstellar Accuracy challenge
  • Implementing a PID which shoots at different speeds depending on the distance calculated w/ the Limelight

Feel free to suggest any other possible improvements, as it may be better than the current options.
