Describe the recipe issue

processing large amounts of recipes with the circuit fab and world engine makes some cores enter a errored state, where they need more resources despite the multi block outputting the correct amount of items, locking that core until either you remake the multi block, or give it the extra resources

Same thing happens with the world engine, mostly noticed with mek tier upgrades for it though

While it won't fix the root of the problem, having only 3 speed cards tends to work fairly well for the circuit fabricator, more than that tends to make it error out constantly.
Sending batches of exactly 16 also tends to help.

For the world engine, since you can't just break and replace it the batches method also tends to be a good way to go.

But yeah, it would be great if the cores of those machines didn't mistakenly try to start a new round without any materials and end up in an error state until you give them a full recipe for each error core (especially since sometimes the recipes they want are not cheap).
