I got this error while creating a New Content Element Through the Wizard

@jay-nitsan I haven't been able to reproduce this error. Can you provide a bit more information about how you add the content (top of page column, after page-level content, top of nested column, after nested content, or other method) and any additional context that may be relevant - non-default language, workspaces, etc.?
