SeaMonkey/Netscape 7 style tabs request

Hello, I've scanned the settings but I can't find such a thing, is it possible to make SeaMonkey style tabs - each tab above each panel?

The closest thing to this is if you move the TGS Toolbar to be positioned Above Sidebar, which you can change by right-clicking anywhere on the toolbar.

However, I can consider implementing sidebar tabs in this extension as well, but it'll be low-priority for now.
