[PLAN] Notebooks - Fixes and improvements

All notebooks are working as expected. Working with those, I took note of a few improvements that can be applied to speed up things on the user experience.

Flood, cyclones and custom hazard notebook

• When you select custom boundaries, the code and name field should be auto-populated (same approach used in Bivariate notebook) from a dropdown that includes all attributes from the vector file

Custom hazard notebook: it is working decently well but can include a couple edits to make it better:

• Load and visualise exposure data in the preview map.
• Either allow only one exposure at time or add multiple function entries. First one is easier. Specify in Vuln tab which Exp we are adding approach for.
• Add tooltips instructions where missing

Bivariate notebook: add option to reverse wealth scale (in case of poverty index). Add a checkbox: "Reverse scale" on the side of the wealth field selector in the input tab.

Is the last issue regarding the bivariate notebook still relevant? In the current implementation, only poverty is referenced in the bivariate maps notebook and not any wealth field

Improving chunking approach to work big data on limited memory - ongoing, see next PR.

Memory chunking seems to be solved by the latest update.
