Recalculate bounding box for datasets resources

We need to implement logic to update datasets bounding box (location tab in resource viewer). This is needed for new created datasets or datasets edited and updated with new features.

We need to support the following:

• a new button inside the location tab in the resource details to trigger the update (only for datasets)
• trigger the recalculation of datasets bounding box after saving on edit data (we can listen to an action with an epic an trigger the request)
