Geonode on Brazilian Portuguese language

Geonode, after v4 does not support Brazilian Portuguese translation.

Create all translation files on geonode-mapstore-client repo: GeoNode/geonode-mapstore-client#2262

Describe alternatives you've considered
I tested this translations in my custom geonode-project, loading the files as django statics
