HTTP Based Live monitor address parsing issue

Describe the bug
The HTTP Servers Live monitor is parsing some addresses wrong.

To Reproduce
Try to dump from the address 07e0 and It will be parsed as 7:

Other addresses around the same range will fail with:

> m 07e9
Failed to read memory or invalid response length
Failed to read memory or invalid response length

Expected behavior
Dumping memory from the selected address.

The fix for the address parsing issue is already part of pull request #642 - specifically commit 0e5f4f2. This fixes the issues that all strings containing an "e" are interpreted as decimal values (in exponential form), e.g. "1e6" was interpreted as "1000000" instead of "486".
