Duplicate Progress Bar Appearing in Bubblewrap App

Describe the bug
After updating to Bubblewrap version 1.24.1, the app started showing two progress bars — one at the top of the header and another just below it — even though the PWA normally doesn’t display any progress indicator.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Build and launch the app using Bubblewrap v1.24.1.

Open the app on any Android device.

Load any page or trigger navigation.

Observe two visible progress indicators (thin white lines) appearing during page load.

Expected behavior
No progress bar should be displayed in the app, as TWAs typically handle navigation without showing a visible progress indicator.

Can you specify what versions this is happening on.

I recently seen this happen on PWA apps aswell. (within the last week)
Issue in chrome reported here: https://issues.chromium.org/issues/457463704

So might not just be an Bubblewrap problem, but underlying chrome issue.

Maybe resolved in a patch for Chrome version 142.
