Incorrect Dates

A few letters seem to show up from the future, but are in fact much earlier dates (e.g. 2009, 2011) misread as 2015. This happens when you search for the most recent letters, for instance. Not sure if it's a one-off problem with a few letters/domains, but wanted to flag just in case it's something broader.

The parser that picks up dates will automatically assume words in a press release or letter such as

On November 12, we filed a...

In fact mean "November 12, 2015". This is a relatively easy fix, I just have to make sure the year is specified in order for us to consider it the date of the document.
