Description
It would be interesting to see which members of Congress publish the most letters on their websites, and which the least. Which agencies are most often mentions, and which ones are mentioned the least. A dashboard or ranking would be fascinating.
Along those lines, identifying who puts up documents as a searchable PDF or text file, versus those who put it up as a unsearchable PDF only, would be quite helpful in encouraging better .
