Request for osx-arm64 conda-forge build

Can you pretty please create an osx-arm64 build and then stick it on conda-forge?

It's on the to-do list, but it's actually harder than it looks -- I'm told the build system for conda-forge on arm is a bit odd. For now, the recommendation is to build from source. Luckily, this is trivial if you use conda/mamba and in the included conda_build.sh script
