Quake window freezes #2299

Guake freezes on Ubuntu 25.10. The terminals periodically no longer update their display although key presses are still forwarded to the shell. Closing the window and showing it again usually unfreezes the display and shows the effect of the additional key presses.

Whenever the freeze happens the syslog contains the following:

gnome-shell[4841]: 0x80000b (Guake!): Frame has assigned frame counter but no frame drawn time

Edit :
This seems to happen more when I have a browser open on my second monitor showing a website where the page reloads periodically.
