the build was successful, I installed the dependencies also cgum. but when i go the bin folder and run ./gumtree webdiff ~/Desktop/research/snippets/cppcheck-test/test1.c ~/Desktop/research/snippets/cppcheck-test/test3.c it shows me an error saying java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "cgum" (in directory "/tmp"): error=2, No such file or directory

Sometimes Java is picky on the way you set your path :) but still looks like a path problem.

Yes we have a Docker container that works pretty well!

I am trying to use the docker container and it works fine. The thing is I don't know how to parse the files and use the commands on the files I have on hand. I tried to read the the github readme and I can't understand tbh. Can you please help me how to run the commands and see the results ?
