Error 500

Hello there,

I have another problem that I could use help with. I have created a Jitsi server under Server. I then scheduled an appointment that is publicly accessible via a link.

When I click on the link as a guest, I am redirected to a Jitsi-Admin page where I have to enter my participant name. As soon as I click on “Join”, I get an error 500 from Jitsi-Admin, see screenshot.

The link looks like this: https://jitsi-admin.jitsi.foo.bar/myRoom/start/81740571916

Initially, no authentication is activated on the Jitsi server itself.

If I access the room directly via https://jitsi.foo.bar/81740571916, it works and I am in the participant room.

There are no relevant errors in the logs.

without logs this is a very hard problem. I'm realy want to help you but without logs it is almost impossible.
