Added `developer.yml` to trigger deployments on `develop` branch and `terraform.yml` for reusable Terraform workflow. Configured AWS credentials, backend setup, validation, plan, and apply steps for infra management. Updated `.gitignore` to include Terraform files.
Introduced a `random_string` resource to generate an 8-character suffix for S3 bucket names, ensuring uniqueness and avoiding naming conflicts.
