New view: classic network

We tallked about having a view of the networks in a more "classic" sense - whereby the activities are stretched out over a node/spoke view, for people to zoom in and out of (or similar!)

Its mostly too many nodes, there is already a limit where the overlay stops getting drawn when we have too many nodes. The radar should be auto removed at that threshold as well. ( I thought it was )

Although even with a lot of nodes the graph should still lay itself out mostly horizontally, if that is not happening then it means the top and bottom of the graph are tied together causing it to bunch. IE circular relationships.
