Participating org search - seeing AND rather than OR?

.. returns activities that have World Health Organisation OR Save as a participating organisation

Is there any way/tweak to see activities where they are both participating organisations?

That is technically more complicated than you think it might be and needs an INTERSECT or some json gymnastics.
