I think this will be very helpful and I would be glad to contribute. In my opinion, step 2 is definitely less opaque as it is guiding the user through the process. To augment it, we could always add some contextual information if we want the user to get a better understanding of how/why they are doing something. |

As some of our use cases are centered on the non-3D specialist, it may be useful to have a document that emphasizes the Blender operations that would be required to execute case. Blender has a complex user interface and much of it is opaque or idiosyncratic, pick your favorite term. Another alternative or enhancement of this idea would be to prepare the short video clips that demonstrate the user interface interactions as screen recordings
