dbplyr 1st edition is going away

I'm dropping support for dbplyr's first edition in the next release. This interface was deprecated 5 years ago. You can see some advice for upgrading at https://dbplyr.tidyverse.org/articles/backend-2.html, but please let me know if you need any help.
