(1) The magin labeling of the character codes does not reflect the layout of the characters in the table.

(2) The row/column major layout should be selectable -- the original layout reflects the Postscript Language Reference Manual layout, but it is also useful to be able to do proof-sheets in the XCCS/Unicode order.
