F10 should not be a global keyboard shortcut #3486

Description

Describe the bug
F10, which apparently toggles fullscreen (in the Steam version), is a global shortcut. Even if focus is on another window, AD always takes priority, and it consumes the keystroke.

To Reproduce

  1. Have another window focused
  2. Press F10
  3. AD toggles fullscreen, and the window you have focused does nothing, even if there's supposed to be something bound to F10.

A more specific example (and how I discovered this in the first place): Pressing F10 in MuseScore normally opens the mixer, but if AD is open, it doesn't work.

Expected behavior
F10 should only effect AD when the window has focus.

Additional context
I'm on Windows 11.

A couple of other minor thoughts about the F10 shortcut:

  1. Why does it (apparently) only exist in the Steam version?
  2. Why doesn't it show up in the hotkey list?
  3. Isn't F11 more standard?
